Well, Simon, it was quite a week. Thank you for being our guide through Masonic rituals and family drama. I am glad it ended with the baby's fever breaking. It's a very human end to a week full of human frailities and foibles.

Such a lovely and moving poem, Simon! As for meetups, I learned last week that my friend and neighbor is also in the group. Such a nice coincidence! Does anyone want to join us for a meetup at my place near Bern Switzerland?

Oh, wow! It's amazing when this happens. I still can't get my head around how big this has become.

We appear to have a handful of readers in Minnesota and perhaps western Wisconsin. If the Twin Cities is within driving range for a meet-up at some point, I’m game.

Please keep me posted if there is a Twin Cities meetup—I am there several times a year and would love to join if I’m in town!

Another great round-up, Simon! Somehow I missed the poetry slam—I must have been pondering the imponderables with Pierre and Andrei! Can’t believe we’re 3 months in…

There is a town called King of Prussia in Pennsylvania. Why? Because there was a tavern called King of Prussia in the area. Why was it called that? After a satirical piece of writing called Edict of the King of Prussia by Benjamin Franklin, our own American predecessor to Biliban. George Washington slept there. Or at least visited. In 1777.
